Fusion Service LinkTM Mobile Edition

Fusion Service Link Mobile Edition is a wireless application that runs on a rugged mobile PC tablet or PPC (Personal Pocket Computer) freeing the service advisor from his desk top computer.  The Service Link Tablet interfaces directly to the dealers DMS computer.  Mobile check- in, vehicle history, visual documentation, real time R/O updates, VIN scanning, appointment management, wireless remote payment, multiple inspection checklists, immediate access to TSB's, recall notices, and recommended services, are some of the many features provided by Fusion Service Link Mobile.

Fusion Service LinkTM On Line Appointments

Fusion Service Link On-line is an on line reservation and appointment system that links to the dealer’s web site.  Fusion On-Line provides your customers with a complete menu of service options and will walk the customer through all recommended services due. 

Fusion Service Link On-line will also provide your customer with categorized repairs and complaints. Through the power of the web, your customers have access to information on why services are recommended and how your service department can enhance their vehicle’s performance. Your customers have the ability to monitor key progress on their vehicle, be notified via Fusion Service Link Alerts of schedule changes and when service is complete.  Customers can even pay on-line.

Fusion Service Link Alerts is an automated reminder system built into the Fusion Mobile Advisor, Service Link On-Line and Service Link Menu Writer.  With Fusion Service Link Fusion Alerts your customers can choose how they are contacted about progress on the service of their vehicle including, upcoming service appointments and services that are due on their vehicle.  Fusion Service Link Alerts will automatically contact your customer via email, digital text messages, or digital voice messages, which can significantly reducing the number of phone calls in and out of the service center.

The Fusion Service Link Manager Portal provides 24x7 access from the browser for service managers, advisors and technicians.  Interact with customers and shop personnel in real time.  Confirm appointments, manage advisor and technician schedules, recommend service options and manage the business from anywhere at any time. The shop time booked feature give each advisor visability of all booked hours for future days.  The campaign manager allows targeted campaigns at anytime to fill future work.  

 

Fusion Service LinkTM Menu Writer:

The Fusion Service Link Menu Writer allows your advisors and cs to access recommended scheduled maintenance for their vehicle at the advisors desk top or free standing kiosk. Customers can also access service specials and pay their repair bill at the advisors desk or customer kiosk.  Additionally, the Menu Writer can maximize a dealership service department’s revenue by helping to up-sell recommended or scheduled maintenance work to customers.  Advisors can print menus, create the customer write up, schedule next appointments and schedule deferred recommended services.
